• Be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws
• Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy
• Maintain account security and confidentiality
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

> If you disagree with any terms, you must immediately cease using our services.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services at any time
• Change pricing with 30 days notice
• Impose usage limits on resources
• Update these Terms periodically

> Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Prohibited activities include:

• Illegal or harmful content
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Spam, phishing, or malicious activities
• Network abuse or unauthorized access
• Content violating Islamic principles

> Violations may result in immediate service termination.

For paid services:

• You authorize automatic recurring charges
• Payment processing via Stripe
• No refunds except as required by law
• Must maintain accurate billing information

> Free tiers may convert to paid services with notice.

Either party may terminate:

• You may delete your account anytime
• We may suspend for violations or non-payment
• Termination may result in data deletion
• Some terms survive termination

> Contact support within 14 days for accidental deletions.

Our services are provided "as is":

• No warranties of any kind
• Not liable for indirect damages
• Maximum liability limited to fees paid
• You assume all usage risks

> We strive for but don't guarantee 100% uptime.

Legal terms:

• Governed by Ontario, Canada law
• Disputes resolved through arbitration
• No class action lawsuits permitted
• You waive jury trial rights
